Newfoundland Steaks+Bathtub Screech
Nothing in this world can satisfy man's primal urge to eat more than a tasty Newfoundland steak. For those that are not in the know, a Newfoundland steak is simply thick cut bologna fried up in your favourite frying pan. Typically served up with mashed potatoes, we're going to step it up a notch. In my next post i'll be cooking up a newfoundland steak in a bathtub screech glaze. I'll show you how to cook up some brown butter mashed potatoes, and a very special screech cocktail, stay tuned!

What a great idea, as someone who is not overly creative with her cooking I am really looking forward to trying some new recipes. Excited to find out how those Newfie Steaks turned out!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, my mouth got watery reading that and I don't like steak or bologna. However, I do love mashed potatoes kinda excited to see all the yummy results.
